Google Maps and Waze both lead correctly to the campsite entrance. You can also simply enter the address.
From Maribor follow the road towards Ruše. In Ruše turn towards Lovrenc na Pohorju and continue on the main road up to the village. The road is wide, paved and well maintained, with a steady climb and no tight hairpins. In Lovrenc follow signs to Planinska cesta. About 25 km from Maribor, roughly 30 minutes of driving.
Follow the Drava valley road to Podvelka or Vuhred, then turn towards Lovrenc na Pohorju. This route is somewhat more winding and steeper than the one from Maribor, but is entirely passable for motorhomes. If you drive a longer vehicle and do not know the route, we recommend approaching via Maribor.
The route runs via Mislinja and Ribnica na Pohorju towards Lovrenc. This is a typical Pohorje mountain road with several bends. It is passable for motorhomes, but the approach from Maribor is more comfortable.
Coming from Graz via the Šentilj border crossing, continue towards Maribor and then follow the route described above via Ruše. From Lavamünd you can approach via Dravograd.
We are open all year. The road to Lovrenc is regularly ploughed and maintained, so snow chains are generally not needed. Nevertheless, winter equipment is mandatory during the winter months, as everywhere in Slovenia.
