This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it.

When you submit a booking we collect: your name (optional), email address (required), phone number (optional), the pitch you selected, arrival and departure dates, number of people and any note you write yourself.
We use the data solely to process your booking: to verify your email address, to send you a confirmation or rejection, and to contact you about your stay. We do not use your email address for marketing messages unless you explicitly allow us to.
Processing is based on the performance of a contract or on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
We keep booking data for a maximum of three years after the end of your stay, after which it is deleted. If a booking is rejected or cancelled, the data is deleted sooner.
We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Our hosting provider, which hosts this website and the mail server, has access strictly to the extent required to operate the service. Guest data required by law is reported to the competent authorities in line with guest registration regulations.
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and object to processing. Send your request to info@camping-stop.si. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
This website uses a single strictly necessary cookie that remembers your chosen language. This cookie does not identify you and does not require consent. If web analytics is enabled, it is used only in anonymised form to count visits.
A Google Maps map is embedded on this site. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address. We have no influence over this processing; Google privacy terms apply.
